So here I am sharing with you all a must try instant pickle recipe.This is one way by which you can include Amla in your daily diet & this pickle really adds taste to your food. Traditional Fruit delight - A nutritious lip smacking recipe with the goodness of both fresh and dry fruits. No need to cook anything just cut, mix and serve. Must try recipe, as the delicious taste of this recipe cannot be explained in words. Ingredients - 3 dates (brown) 1 banana 1 apple 1 spoon honey 1 spoon ghee 2 spoon powdered jaggery 2 small pieces of rock sugar (mishri) 3 cashew nuts 3 almond 2 walnut 5-6 raisins. Method -  1. Chop dates, apple and banana into half inch cubes. 2. Now chop the dry fruits (almonds, cashews and walnuts) into very small pieces and keep it aside. 3. Take a mixing bowl, add chopped banana, apple, dates, ghee, honey, powdered jaggery, raisins, chopped dry fruits, rock sugar and give it a good mix and allow it to rest for about 10-15 minutes so that the taste of all ingredients gets infused into on another and then give it a good mix once again and serve. Sambhar Powder - A very essential spice blend found in every south Indian Household.Many versions of Sambhar Powder exists varying from region to region. This is my Granny's version of Sambhar Powder which she used to make & give every vacation we went to our native place. Ingredients -  2 spoon chana dal 2 spoon black urad dal 2 spoon toor dal 3/4 cup coriander seeds 8-10 curry leaves 10-12 red chilli 1/2 spoon fenugreek seeds 2 spoon cumin seeds 1 spoon pepper 1/2 spoon turmeric 1/4 teaspoon asafoetida Method -  1. Take a pan and dry roast chana dal, black urad dal and toor dal for 5-6 minutes separately and transfer it into plate. (Dals should change slightly golden in colour and turn aromatic)  2. Ingredients - 1 cardamom (elaichi) 1 inch cinnamon stick (dalchini) 1 clove (lavang) 4 pepper corns (kalimiri) 1 inch ginger piece 1/2 spoon turmeric powder (haldi) 4-5 strands saffron (kesar) - optional 2 spoon honey Method - 1. Restaurant Style Paneer Butter Masala - Since the lockdown started we all have longed for our favourite dishes from our choicest restaurant. Here's bringing to you the recipe of Paneer Butter Masala that is our favourite main course option for any dinner party. Ingredients - 250 gms paneer 2 capsicum 2 large onions 3 tomatoes Coriander leaves 5-6 dry red chilli 15 cashew nuts 5 garlic cloves 1 inch ginger piece 1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder 1 teaspoon coriander seeds powder 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder For dry masala 2 inch cinnamon stick 2 cardamom  2 clove 1/2 teaspoon coriander seeds 1/2 teaspoon fennel seeds 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds 1 star anise 5 pepper cloves 1 small piece stone flower Method -  1. Paneer/Cottage Cheese - A delicious and nutritious food with the goodness of both protein and calcium that one must include in their diet regularly.  Ingredients -  1 litre milk 1 large sized lemon Method - 1. Take a pan and add milk to it and keep the flame medium and stir it often. 2. By the time milk is getting heated let's do some important preparations- 1. Squeeze the lemon juice and keep it ready for curdling the milk. 2. Keep the muslin cloth ready for straining purpose. 3. Have a bottle full of chilled water. For rinsing the paneer. 3. Once the milk starts to boil,  immediately start adding lemon juice and keep stiring the milk slowly while adding lemon juice to it. 4. You will get to see the milk starts curdling.
