Traditional Fruit Delight

Traditional Fruit delight - A nutritious lip smacking recipe with the goodness of both fresh and dry fruits.
No need to cook anything just cut, mix and serve.
Must try recipe, as the delicious taste of this recipe cannot be explained in words.

Ingredients -
3 dates (brown)
1 banana
1 apple
1 spoon honey
1 spoon ghee
2 spoon powdered jaggery
2 small pieces of rock sugar (mishri)
3 cashew nuts
3 almond
2 walnut
5-6 raisins.

Method
1. Chop dates, apple and banana into half inch cubes.

2. Now chop the dry fruits (almonds, cashews and walnuts) into very small pieces and keep it aside.

3. Take a mixing bowl, add chopped banana, apple, dates, ghee, honey, powdered jaggery, raisins, chopped dry fruits, rock sugar and give it a good mix and allow it to rest for about 10-15 minutes so that the taste of all ingredients gets infused into on another and then give it a good mix once again and serve.

Note: 
Banana, dates, ghee, honey, jaggery and rock sugar candy is the key ingredient of this recipe. 
Some more fresh fruits like apple, jackfruit, green grapes and dry fruits like cashew nuts, almonds, dry figs, raisins, walnuts can also be added as per availability which will enhance the taste of this recipe.

Make sure you give a good mix to this fruit delight before serving.
