Methi Leaves Dosa

Methi Leaves Dosa- A simple addition of Fenugreek/Methi leaves to the regular Dosa Batter increases its taste as well as its nutritional value.

Ingredients -
3 cup dosa batter

2 cup roughly chopped fenugreek leaves (methi leaves)

1 finely chopped green chilli

Salt

Method
1. Take a mixing bowl, add dosa batter, fenugreek leaves, green chilli, salt as per requirement and give it a good mix.

2. Heat a pan grease it with oil, once the tawa is hot add ladle full of Fenugreek leaves dosa batter at the centre and start to spread it evenly in a circular motion. 

3. Once the base portion is cooked flip and cook the other side. Repeat this process with the remaining batter.

Note:
Serve fenugreek leaves dosa hot with coconut chutney or sambhar.
