Butte ka kees - Butte ka kees, as popularly known, is an Indore street food which you can enjoy during your tea-time. Popcorn & Sweet Corn are the popular varieties but this Indian snack really tastes best. A very healthy & tasty snack. Ingredients - 1 corn 🌽 1 green chilli 1 inch ginger piece 2 garlic clove 2 spoon shredded coconut  Coriander leaves 1/2 teaspoon asafoetida 4 spoon oil 1/2 teaspoon mustard seeds 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds 3/4 cup milk 1/2 spoon sugar Salt Method -  1. Take the corn and grate it using a grater  or you can remove the kernels from the corn and grind it coarsely in a mixer jar. 2. Crush the green chilli, garlic and ginger using a mortar pestle. 3. Take a pan, add oil, once the oil is hot add mustard seeds, cumin seeds and wait till the mustard seeds crackle. Tawa Kachori - A healthy & tasty snack you can enjoy during your tea-time & as the name suggests we are going to make a healthy i.e no fry version of this kachori without compromising its taste. Ingredients - For stuffing 4 medium sized sweet potatoes 2 onions 2 green chillies 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder 1/2 teaspoon coriander seeds powder 1/4 teaspoon asafoetida Salt 1/4 teaspoon mustard seeds 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds Sesame/sunflower oil For dough 1  & 1/2 cup wheat flour, Salt and water as per requirement 1/4 teaspoon asafoetida 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder 3-4 spoon oil Method - 1. Capsicum Raita - A simple healthy recipe that can be enjoyed along with any meal of your day. Ingredients - 3 capsicum 3-4 garlic cloves 1/4 teaspoon mustard seeds 1/4 teaspoon cumin seeds 1/2 teaspoon asafoetida (hing) 4 spoon sunflower/sesame oil 1 cup thick fresh curd 1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder 1/2 teaspoon sugar Coriander leaves Method - 1. Take a mixing bowl, add thick fresh curd, red chilli powder, sugar and  salt(as per the requirement) and whisk the curd till you get smooth texture and keep it aside. 2. Now chop the capsicum into small cubes and grate the garlic cloves. 3. Take a pan and add oil, once the oil is hot add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, urad dal and wait till the mustard seeds splutter. 4. Next add the chopped capsicum, grated garlic, asafoetida, salt and saute it for about 6-7 minutes on medium flame. 5. Khaman Dhokla - A quick healthy tasty protein packed Gujarati recipe. Ingredients - 2 cup gram flour (besan) 1/2 cup thick sour curd 1/2 spoon grated ginger 1/2 teaspoon asafoetida (hing) 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder 1 spoon sugar Salt 1 teaspoon fruit salt (Eno) For tempering: 1/2 spoon mustard seeds 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds 1 green chilli For garnishing : 1/2 spoon roasted white sesame seeds A handfull of grated fresh coconut Method - 1. Take a mixing bowl add gram flour(besan), curd, turmeric powder, grated ginger, asafoetida, sugar and salt as per your requirement and mix it by stirring in one direction. Add water little by little to adjust the consistency and make a thick smooth batter. 2. Cover the bowl and allow the batter to rest for about 30 minutes. 3. Grease a tray/plate and keep it aside. 4. Next add fruit salt (Eno) into the batter and slightly mix it and transfer it into the greased plate and steam it for about 20-25minutes. 5. Allow the dhokla to cool down for about 10mi
