Healthy crunch meets chocolatey punch!

These Royal Energy Laddoos bring together the richness of nuts, the natural sweetness of figs and jaggery, the crunch of rajgira puffs, and a hint of cocoa for that irresistible twist. Infused with saffron strands.
Ingredients
10 almonds
10 cashew nuts
5 walnuts
5 dried figs or dates
2 spoons raisins
1 spoon cocoa powder
1 spoon almond gum (badam gondh)
½ cup rajgira puffs (amaranth puffs)
4 spoons jaggery powder
1 spoon ghee
A pinch of saffron strands
Method
Soak the nuts
Soak almonds, cashews, and walnuts for at least 6 hours or overnight. Peel the almond skins, drain, and keep aside.
Fry the almond gum
Heat ghee in a tadka pan. Add almond gum and fry until crisp. Transfer to a plate and keep aside.
Blend the goodness
In a mixer jar, add the fried almond gum along with the remaining ghee. Add rajgira puffs, dried figs/dates, soaked nuts, raisins, jaggery powder, cocoa powder, and saffron strands. Grind until the mixture is coarsely blended and slightly lumpy.
Shape the laddoos
Transfer the mixture to a plate. Shape into medium-sized laddoos with your hands.
