Rajbhog Lassi

Ingredients:
- 2 cups fresh, thick chilled curd
- 6 tablespoons jaggery powder
- ½ cup crushed ice
- 10 strands saffron
- 4 almonds
- 4 cashew nuts
- 2 walnuts
- 4 pistachios
- 4 cherries
- 10 golden raisins
- ¼ cup warm milk
Method:
1. Soak the saffron strands in warm milk and let them sit for about 15 minutes, allowing the flavors to deepen.
2. Finely chop the almonds, cashew nuts, walnuts, and pistachios. Keep them aside for garnishing.
3. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the curd, saffron-infused milk, crushed ice, and jaggery powder. Whisk for 2-3 minutes until the mixture is smooth and the jaggery is completely dissolved.
