Choco Nutty Bliss Balls

Choco Nutty Bliss Balls - The best thing that I read & found very relatable "Happiness is finding Chocolates in your fridge".
But the ingredients, like sugar etc, makes us feel a bit guilty as we grow older & are unable to enjoy the chocolates that we once had carefree.
Also, preparing chocolates at home sometimes doesn't result in the ideal chocolates as we want.
But if I said you that you can enjoy the chocolates carefree with the best healthy ingredients & that too prepare it in much less time.
This is surprising, right?
Let me share this recipe with you that I really enjoyed making & having.
Ingredients
- 20 almonds
- 20 cashew nuts
- 20 pistachios
- 15 walnuts
- 1/4 cup white sesame seeds
- 4 spoon oats
- a handful of raisins
- 25 dates
- 2 spoons ghee
- 2 spoons cocoa powder
Method:
1. Dry roast the following ingredients one by one for about 1-2 minutes until it becomes crunchy: almonds, cashew nuts, pistachios, walnuts, oats, and white sesame seeds. 

2. Next, deseed all the dates and cut them into small pieces and keep them aside. 

3. Take a mixer jar and add the following ingredients: roasted almonds, cashew nuts, pistachios, walnuts, oats, and raisins. Grind them coarsely in pulse grind mode. 

4. Next, add chopped dates, cocoa powder, and ghee into the mixer jar and grind it until you find all the ingredients are blended well. 

5. Transfer the mixture into a plate, apply ghee to your palms, make small balls out of it, and then coat it with roasted white sesame seeds. 

6. Your tasty, healthy, and nutty chocolate bliss balls are ready to eat.
