Masala Chaas - A recipe made with buttermilk and aromatic spices which helps to calm your stomach and aids digestion.
Ingredients -
1/4th glass Curd
3/4 th glass Water
1/4th teaspoon roasted cumin seed powder (roasted jeera powder)
A pinch of asafoetida (hing)
A pinch of chaat masala
Salt
1/4 teaspoon sugar
Finely chopped coriander leaves.
Method -
1.Take 1/4th glass curd and beat it nicely with fork spoon until you get smooth texture.
2. Now add 3/4 glass of water to the beaten curd.
3. Add roasted cumin seed powder, asafoetida, sugar, chat masala and salt as per your requirement into the chaas and give it a good mix.
4. Garnish the masala chaas with coriander leaves.( You can add some ice cubes if you want)
Note: you can enjoy this refreshing drink after lunch.
