Sandwich Masala - Sandwich is one of the dish that everyone prefer to take to work, school, or picnics to be eaten as part of a packed lunch. Sandwich is available in many different varieties but the masala/spice powder that is sprinkled makes the bombay sandwich a favourite of many. So here I am sharing with you the sandwich masala for making the perfect bombay sandwich. Ingredients - 2 teaspoon cumin seeds - 1 teaspoon cloves - 1 teaspoon black pepper - 1 teaspoon fennel seeds - 1/2 teaspoon hing - 1/2 teaspoon Dry Mango Powder (Aamchur powder) - 1/2 teaspoon black salt - Salt as per requirement Method : 1. Dry roast all the ingredients (cumin seeds, cloves, black pepper & fennel seeds) together for 2 minutes or till you get a nice aroma out of the spices. 2. Transfer the roasted spices into a plate and allow it to cool down completely. 3. Once the mixture has cooled down transfer it into a mixer jar and add dry mango powder, black salt and asafoetida and grind it into a fine
